SHIPPING

We process your orders instantly and ship it on the same day where possible, however, on certain products delivery can take up to 10-15 business days. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is despatched, and you can track your order on our website when you login to your account.

£5.00 delivery on orders under £25.00 to all UK Post Codes.
Free delivery on orders over £25.00 to all UK Post Codes.
For delivery costs to other countries please email before placing you order.
Allow 3 to 15 days for delivery with in the UK.

All items will be packed in discreet packaging. If nobody is available to receive your delivery, then your parcel will be taken back to the local depot and a card will be put through your door.

FISH4WALES can not be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

DISCREET PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

FISH4WALES operate a SAFE, SECURE and DISCREET delivery service.

All orders are shipped discreetly in plain wrappings. The only markings on the package will be  your address on the front and our return address on the reverse. Your invoice will be inside the parcel. Royal Mail or Parcel Force handles all our packages.

RETURNS

Returns Conditions
All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (postage and packaging costs are non refundable).

Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Earrings, Lingerie and items of Clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to FISH4WALES within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 60 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee).

Use of FISH4WALES constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
